All sales of Ashes of Torment are considered final. FrostFire Entertainment does not process direct refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted through the platform from which you purchased the game (such as Epic Games or Steam).

Our refund policy fully aligns with the respective store's guidelines and conditions.
